Cottages for 2 - Kirkfield Gardens lodge houses are unique purpose build holiday properties created with luxurious comfort and relaxation in mind. The owners are very particular with their own levels of luxury and have created a peaceful haven built with their high standards as a bench mark. From stepping onto the beautiful American oak floor and Italian tiled bathroom (all heated under floor) to then watching the sun go down from your private external covered sitting area you will enjoy every minute of your stay with us. Each lodge is built to accommodate two people, these lodges offer relaxation within beautiful private grounds in a delightful area of Lanarkshire.

A complimentary welcome pack for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own luxury lodge is provided, to include, specialist teas, coffee, locally made biscuits, jam, perfectly chilled vintage Codorniu sparkling Rose, handmade butter fudge and Champagne truffles, delicious cheddar, smoked slowly over oak whisky barrel shavings and black pepper Scottish oatcakes….sounds fantastic… it is ! Kirkfield Gardens is perfectly placed for either travelling or just chilling out , which could include enjoying the surroundings, walking along the banks of the Clyde in one of the worlds most beautiful settings , eating in many of the local acclaimed restaurants ( only 5 min taxi ride away) watching some old or new movies from the wide selection available to sitting in a warm cosy corner of the Lodge listening to music while reading your favourite book, let us know what your favourite magazine is and we will have it delivered to your door ….and if you are really lucky, accompanied with hot croissants

The lodges are unique in their design with 24 ft high ceilings, exposed beams built from Canadian cedar and 160sq feet of covered outdoor deck. We are hoping you will enjoy the deck while wrapped up in one of our woolly blankets enjoying peaceful and romantic evenings drinking some of our own selected wines. The finish in the Lodges is of the highest standard to include wonderful fully fitted chic black kitchens, fabulous walk in shower areas with Amazon rain showerheads and sumptuous beds with White Company bed linen and fluffy pillows.

Cedar Lodge, our double room has been designed with velvets and silver fabrics for that feeling of glamour and luxury, it feels bright and inviting. As with Oak Lodge the linen is from The White Company and offers 200 thread count cottons.

Oak Lodge , our superking or twin room has been designed with bright silks and tactile embroidered upholstery, it feels elegant and chic but very welcoming. The bed linen comes from The White Company and is crisp and luxurious.

In either lounge you can enjoy relaxing and watching TV or choose from one of our range of DVD’s available, there is also WiFi access for those workaholics among us. For a quieter moment there are books to enjoy in a wee corner.

The kitchens offer all you might need from pots and pans to some basic larder store essentials, there is the fridge freezer (already stocked with ice ) and the dishwasher to take the chore out of the washing up. Remember too that your welcome basket awaits you.

The shower rooms have complimentary toiletries for you to enjoy in the huge walk in showers with fluffy towels on standby for that post shower comfort.

Lastly on the other side of your patio doors is your own cedar deck that you can enjoy with a glass of wine or a G&T perhaps, watch the birds come to feed ( we have our own woodpecker )or just enjoy the quiet. If it gets chilly wrap up in the blankets provided.

We also provide bikes for those guests keen to explore the area using good old fashioned pedal power.
