Terms & Conditions Check in time is after 4pm, unless by arrangement; check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. 50% of the total charge is required as deposit at the time of booking, the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. In the event of cancellations, the deposit would be fully refunded only up to 14 days from the original booking date otherwise all payments are non refundable unless alternative booking obtained. Late bookings, ie., 4 weeks to arrival date, would require deposit and balance in full at the time of booking. Cancellations for genuine reasons are recompensed by the offer of alternative available dates , otherwise cancellations would be handled as above. Cheques to be made payable to KDPC. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy and we ask our guests to adhere to this at all times. Any breakages or damages must be reported and appropriate replacement charges will require to be paid. In addition, the owners bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to guests' property or possessions. Contents of welcome basket will vary depending on length of stay. The number of people occupying a lodge will be the number agreed at the time of booking and for the agreed period of let. Sorry but we do not take pets. |
